You can send and receive email messages using business enquiry emails to keep in touch with your audience. Add your contact info to your channel to get email messages.
To contact a channel using the Business enquiry email:
- Go to the YouTube Channel that you want to email.
- Click the channel description ends with
to open the About section.
- Select View email address
.
- Use the email to send a message to the channel.
to open the About section.You can only view the email address if the channel owner has provided one.
