Dream screen is an experimental AI-generated feature from YouTube that lets you bring your imagination to life. It generates unique still or animated images based on prompts that you can easily add as a green screen background to your Short. Create a Short using Dream Screen
- Open the YouTube app

- Tap Create
.
- Select Short.
- From the right menu, tap Green screen

- From the bottom, select
.
- Note: Feature availability may vary based on your location and depending on the stage of the experiment.
- Describe the content you would like to generate. Currently, you can only enter prompts in English.
- Tap Create.
- Choose your image.
- Select Use image or Animate it, then use it as a green screen background for recording.
- Enter the details to your Short, such as description and the privacy settings.
- Tap Upload short to publish.
