Why was my refund rejected?
A refund may be rejected if the purchase in question does not fall within our stated refund policies. Note that we do not offer partial refunds for Annual memberships, or refunds on movies/TV shows that have already been viewed. We also don't offer refunds on some purchases, such as Super Chat.

Why can't I request a refund from my Apple device?

Refunds from YouTube are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Most refunds are processed within five working days, with a few exceptions:

If you purchased YouTube Premium using iTunes, get in touch with Apple Support to check your refund status. |
If your refund is taking longer than expected, check your refund status on your Google payments account.
- If the status is 'Refunded', you'll find a credit on your form of payment.
- If the status is 'Cancelled', the order was not charged and you will not find a credit on your form of payment.
