Indicates if Search Ads 360 has automatically generated a product group in a Shopping campaign.
To help you create focused product groups with similar conversion rates, Search Ads 360 can monitor your Merchant Center feed and automatically subdivide existing product groups by product ID based on the performance of the products in each group. Learn more about adaptive Shopping campaigns.
Add this column to a report-
Navigate to a Shopping campaign or an ad group in a Shopping campaign.

Click the Targets▼ tab, and then click Product groups.

If the column isn't already in the reporting table:

Click the Columns button above the performance summary graph.

In the Search for columns box, type the column name and press the Enter key.

Click + next to the column name in the Available columns list.
