Fee
When you sign up for Search Ads 360, your business negotiates and signs a contract with Google that outlines your fees and payment terms. Payment terms specify the number of days your business has to pay an invoice after it’s issued.
The Search Ads 360 fee covers the cost of using the platform and is calculated as a percentage of your total eligible ad spend (media spend).
Minimum Service Fee
Some contracts include a Minimum Service Fee, which is a fixed minimum amount you agree to pay monthly or annually, regardless of your ad spend. If your calculated Search Ads 360 fee falls below the Minimum Service Fee, the difference (or total amount, in the case of monthly minimums) will appear on your invoice as the Minimum Service Fee.
For example:
- Minimum Service Fee in contract: $1,500 USD
- Total Search Ads 360 fee for the month: $900 USD
- Minimum Service Fee charged on invoice: $600 USD
- Billed invoice: $1,500 USD
Payment methods
Payments can only be made via wire transfer, check, or bank transfer. Invoices cannot be paid by credit card.
