Displays the following authorization status information for supported advertising platforms.

If you still view this status a day or two after creating the Search Ads 360 social media account, contact Search Ads 360 support.
Waiting for traffic

(Social media account only)

Search Ads 360 is waiting for a click on a social ad so it can confirm that reporting data is flowing into Search Ads 360.

All supported client accounts

For client accounts:
Indicates that the client account is successfully associated with Search Ads 360.

For social media accounts:

This status appears after either of the following has occurred:

  • Search Ads 360 has successfully received visits and can now track conversions using Floodlight activities.
  • You're using a Preferred Marketing Developer, and the Preferred Marketing Developer has been verified, it is now connected to your Search Ads 360 account. Not all Preferred Marketing Developers send this verification. If you view this status and you haven't yet applied Search Ads 360 tracking URLs to your account, reach out to your Preferred Marketing Developer to find out if they've sent a verification visit to Search Ads 360.

Indicates that the client account should be linked to Search Ads 360.
  • Google Ads: Link the Google Ads customer ID to the MCC account for Search Ads 360.
  • Microsoft Advertising: Sign in to Microsoft Advertising to verify that the credentials are correct and verify that Search Ads 360 can use the credentials.
  • Yahoo! JAPAN and Baidu: Sign in to the client account to verify that the credentials are correct.
  • Yahoo! Gemini: Sign in to the client account to verify that the credentials are correct and then authorize the account in Search Ads 360.

OAuth authorization needed

Microsoft Advertising only

Indicates that Search Ads 360 must be authorized to access your Microsoft Advertising account. Sign in to Microsoft Advertising to verify that the credentials are correct and that Search Ads 360 can use the credentials to authorize the account.

View this column in a report

  1. Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
  2. Navigate to a Google Ads client account.
  3. The column is displayed in the reporting table when scoped to a sub-manager account.
  4. If the column isn't already in the reporting table:
    • Click the Columns button above the performance summary graph.
    • Type the column name in the search box.
    • Click + next to the column name to add the column to the Selected columns list.
