Feed transformation errors
Errors may occur the first time the feed is uploaded into the profile or when you retransform after uploading content changes into Studio. Transformation errors can be due to incorrectly formatted feeds or content, size limitations, changes to feed structure, and more.
Studio allows a maximum of 10% of feed rows with errors. If more than 10% of feed rows have errors after feed transformation, the transformation will fail and you wont be able to publish the profile.
Find and fix transformation errors
- Find transformation errors in Step 2: Manage Data in the Feeds section. If there are errors, you'll see the number of errors in the "Draft modified on" column.
- Click the error link (for example, 8 Error(s)) to go to the Transformed content page.
- On the Transformed content page, if more than 10% of feed rows have errors, the feed status is "Transforming failed". If you have less than 10%, transformation is still successful. However, content updates in the feed aren't uploaded into Studio. Below the status there will be a brief explanation of each of the errors.
