Error Message: The total size of data for display attributes in record number X exceeds the limit that is supported.
Reason for error: The size of the row exceeds the supported limit. Studio requires that each row contain no more than 10 KB of data. Exceeding this limit can cause the ad request to timeout, generating an unfilled impression even though there are valid rows.
To estimate the size of a row, each character is from 1–4 bytes, depending on the character encoding.
Resolution: There are a few steps you can take to resolve size limitation issues:
- The best way to resolve this issue is by switching the Display setting to NO for any columns that are not actually used by the creative assets (e.g. columns that contain reporting or operational notes). Read more about the display setting here.
- If you cannot change the display setting for any more columns, think about revising your feed structure. You can split the creative elements onto multiple feeds (tabs within the same spreadsheet) to reduce the size of each individual feed.
