Fix SIM-related errors

  1. Check if you reset the device to factory settings or applied changes to the current software.
    • If you have, update your device’s software or firmware settings.
      • To update your device:
        1. On your device, go to Settings.
        2. Tap About phone.
        3. Tap System update.
        4. Check for updates.
  2. Update the Google Pay app to the latest version:
    1. On your mobile device, go to the Play Store or App Store.
    2. In the search bar, enter: Google Pay.
    3. Update to the latest version.
  3. Make sure that the SIM card is active on your device when you add a form of payment.
  4. Stay online through mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
