When you add a Play widget through the Google Play Store, you can enjoy app organization, discover new content recommended by your apps, and resume content you have in progress directly from your home screen.
Add Collections from the home screen
- On the home screen, touch and hold an empty space.
- Tap Widgets

- Go to the Google Play Store

- Tap the drop down.
- Touch and hold the widget. Then drag it to its desired location.
. Edit how your Play widget displays
Once you’ve added the Play widget to your home screen, you can edit the size of the widget. If you modify the size of the widget, it’ll change the amount of app content you can view directly from your home screen.
Resize a widget
- On your home screen, touch and hold the widget
- Lift your finger.
- If the widget can be resized, an outline with dots is visible on the sides.
- To resize, drag the dots.
- When you're done, tap outside the widget.
Tip: To open apps and content directly from the widget, choose a larger widget side.
