Promotional offers are a benefit that provides spend credit to eligible* Premier Partners and Partners. For eligible new accounts, a promotional credit up to $500 (USD or currency equivalent) will be issued to the account upon reaching the required spend value of $500. New client accounts will have 60 days (from first impression) to spend $500 to qualify. Promotional offers may vary depending on account billing country. Check below for instructions on how to learn what promotional offers are available in your country.
Eligible partners with promotional offers turned on in the Partners program tab will start receiving higher-value offers upon earning their new Partner badge in February 2022. Offers applied within the last 90 days can be found by clicking on the promotional offers card on the Google Ads Partners tab.

Account eligibility
Any account managed by a Google Ads manager account will have a promotional offer applied if it meets the following requirements:
- Manager account is a Premier Partner or Partner.
- Promotional offers are toggled on.
- The account has no other promotions applied.
- The account is billed to a country where Google Partners promotional offers are offered.
- The advertiser is new to Google Ads.

How to activate promotional offers
To use the promotional offers feature:
- Log in to your Google Ads manager account.
- Click the Admin icon .
- Click Partners program and look for the “Promotional offers” card.
- Click View details, and choose On.
- Click Save.
How promotional offers work
After you’ve turned on promotional offers, they'll be automatically applied to eligible accounts that are new to Google Ads. It may take up to 35 days for promotional offers to be applied. To check what promotions will be applied to your accounts, click View details.
Keep in mind:
- Promotional offers won’t be applied immediately. Your account will be scanned a few times, and applicable promotional offers will be applied to any eligible accounts, as long as they've received their first impression. It may take up to 35 days for promotional offers to be applied.
- You're unable to generate a promotional offer in the Partners program section to send to your prospective customers.
- You're unable to select specific accounts to apply promotional offers. Instead, promotional offers will be automatically applied to all eligible new accounts.
- If you’ve turned your promotional offers on, you're solely responsible for communicating to accounts linked under your Google Ads manager account. Individual accounts won't receive notifications on applied promotions.
There's no limit to the number of promotions that can be granted through your manager account. However, new promotions will be applied less often when the value of those promotions is equal to the total amount spent by the account over a certain period of time. When promotions have been slowed, you’ll receive a warning at the top of the Promotional offers card.
How to check what promotional offers are available in your country
To check your available promotional offers:
- Log in to your Google Ads manager account.
- Click the Admin icon .
- Click Partners program and find the “Promotional offers” card.
- Click View details.
- Find the “Offers” section and click on the arrow to expand. The table will show your available offers by country and amount.
How to check what promotional offers have been applied
To check promotional offers that have been applied in the past 90 days:
- Log in to your Google Ads manager account.
- Click the Admin icon .
- Click Partners program and find the “Promotional offers” card.
- Click View details.
- Find the “Promotional offers applied” section. The table shows accounts currently linked under the manager account that have had a Partners promotional offer applied in the last 90 days.
