About Travel Feeds in Search Ads Reporting

You can review how your Travel Feeds in Search ads are performing by applying the Click type segment on the Campaign, Ad groups, Search keywords, Ads or Audiences tabs in Google Ads or in Report Editor. Your performance statistics will be grouped under the “Travel assets” click type.

In this article, we’ll provide instructions for how to apply the Click type segment to view your Travel Feeds in Search ads reporting.

Note: Reporting for the “Travel assets” click type is not available for Performance Max or Performance Max for Travel Goals campaigns.

Segment by Click type in Report editor

Instructions

  1. In your Google Ads account, click the Campaigns icon Campaigns Icon.
  2. Click the Insights and reports drop down in the section menu.
  3. Click Report editor.
  4. Click Create report to create a custom report.
  5. Search and select ‘Click type’ to be added as a Row.
  6. Add any additional performance metrics you’d like to review such as Clicks or Impression.
  7. If your Travel Feeds in Search ads have served for the timeframe you’ve selected, you’ll notice performance statistics grouped under the “Travel assets” click type.
  8. To save your report, click Save or Save as. “Save as” lets you create a copy of your report with a new name.

Segment Search campaigns by Click type at the Campaign, Ad group, Search keyword, Ads or Audiences level

Instructions

  1. In your Google Ads account, click the Campaigns icon Campaigns Icon.
  2. Depending on level of reporting desired:
    1. Option 1: Click the Campaigns dropdown to select the Campaigns, Ad groups or Ads tabs.
    2. Option 2: Click the Audiences, keywords, and content dropdown to select the Search keywords or Audiences tabs.
  3. Select Segment above the performance statistics table, then Click type. You’ll notice performance for your Travel Feeds in Search ads grouped under the “Travel assets” click type.
