If you want to use Assignments, but don’t see it in your LMS, your admin might not have set it up. For instructors to use the tool, your admin has to install it within your institution's LMS.
To check if Assignments is set up in your LMS, follow these instructions to create assignments. If you can’t set up an assignment, contact your LMS admin to make sure the tool is enabled.

With Google Assignments, instructors can:
- Create and share new coursework, like templates and worksheets.
- Use time-saving grading features, like an easy-to-use comment bank.
- Check for potential plagiarism in student work with originality reports.
You can learn more about setting up Google Assignments, which is generally available as a Google Workspace for Education Core Service. As an instructor, I believe this would make our work within our LMS better for student and instructor assignment workflows.
