Use Google Lens on Gallery in Chromebook

You can search images from your PDFs, images, and files from the Gallery app with Google Lens. Use Google Lens to:

• Translate a PDF
• Copy text to fill out forms
• Search with images from downloaded files
• Get help on your homework

Use Google Lens to search an image or file contents

1. On your Chromebook, at the bottom left, select Launcher .
   • Or press Launcher Key .
2. To open a file:
   • From Files: Open Files .
   • From Gallery:
     1. Open the Gallery app.
     2. At the top left, select Open file.
3. Select an image or any file supported by Gallery.
4. At the top, select Search with Google Lens .
5. In the image or PDF file, select an area to search.
6. Select Search with Google Lens .
