Customers can no longer follow your business on Google Search or the Google Maps app. You can no longer send new welcome offers.
Existing welcome offers are now shown as regular offers. These will be marked as "pending" and will no longer be served to customers. You cannot edit pending offers, but you can delete them.
You can engage with customers via your profile without followers or welcome offers. For example, you can:
- Share promotions, events, and announcements. Learn about posts.
- Get feedback and build trust. Learn about customer reviews.
- Hold conversations with your customers. Learn about messages.
