Export filtered users in bulk to Google Sheets

With Google Voice, you can export data for all users that match the current search to a Google Sheet. This feature is useful for any process that affects large numbers of users at once, such as updating a batch of user addresses or transferring numbers between domains. 

You can also use the exported data as a basis for custom reports and analysis. For example, if you need a list of all users in a single country, you can export all users with a phone number, then use Sheets formulas to find the matching users. 

Before you begin

• The data produced by the export is in the correct format and has the columns in the same order as the import spreadsheet templates for batch assignment and address update to simplify changes. 
• The exported sheet cannot be used directly—There is some metadata in the import spreadsheet templates that are not present in the export and the address update spreadsheet doesn't have all the columns. 
• In addition, the export can produce more results than are allowed for a single bulk import operation.
• If the number of users to export exceeds the Sheets limit, the result will be truncated to fit that limit without showing any warning. For details, go to Files you can store in Google Drive. In the unlikely event that limit is reached, you can use filters to partition the results and collect all users.

Export a filtered list of users to Google Sheets

1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

   Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

2. In the Admin console, go to Menu  AppsGoogle WorkspaceGoogle Voice.
3. Click Users.
4. Set up the search you want with the existing filters or leave search empty to export all users.
5. Click the Export filtered users to Sheets button.

   Tip: If this button isn’t visible, click More.

6. Wait for the export to complete.
7. Open the sheet in Drive or use the link provided in the Tasks menu.
