To start a delta migration, in your Google Admin console, click Run delta migration.

Step 3: Make spaces & messages available to users

After you complete the delta migration, make the migrated spaces and messages available to Google Workspace users. You must complete this process within 30 days of the start of the migration, or the migrated spaces are deleted.

  1. In your Google Admin console, click Roll out spaces.

In real time, you can review the number of spaces and messages that successfully migrated.

  2. When the process is complete, click Download logs to view information about which spaces and members were successfully added to users' Google Workspace accounts.

Download the logs & exit a completed migration

Important: Once you exit a migration, you can no longer access the logs.

Until you exit a migration, you can review information about a completed migration in the Admin console. You can't start a new migration until you exit a completed migration.
